St. Mary’s Church enjoys a picturesque location on the outskirts of the village on a small rise over looking the Trent Valley. It has a chancel dating from the 12th century, a light and graceful nave, built in the 14th century and a timber-framed porch, dating from the early 16th century.

St.Mary's is now a Festival Church, which means that there are only services at Christmas, Easter, Harvest and other occcasions. The maintenance of the church and churchyard is supported by the Friends' of St.Mary's Group.

We enjoy a close relationship with Weston on Trent Church Of England Primary School, which is situated off Forrester Avenue.
